Andre Miripolsky
Andre Miripolsky is an internationally known artist, located in downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Miripolsky was born in Paris, and reared in the rich cultures of Austria, Iran, Korea, Thailand and Indonesia; his dynamic paintings, sculptures, mobiles and graphic design have garnered devoted international collectors. His collaborations with MTV, The Tonight Show, Elton John, Bette Midler and Quincy Jones have brought his brilliant vision to millions of people. He is also a member of the Hollywood Arts Council board of directors.

Board ChairDavid M. Hernand is a partner of the well-known law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is co-chair of the firm’s Media, Entertainment and Technology Practice Group, a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and the Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group.

Joe Moller
Executive DirectorJoe brings a unique mix of experience running high-profile corporate events, civic arts programs and involvement with non-profit organizations. He has a successful event production business , Joe Moller Events, served as Director for the City of Anaheim Parks & Rec Arts Program and currently serves on the Board of KEEN LA. He has produced events such as the Grand Opening of the Santa Monica Place, the Hollywood Film Festival Gala, and Dolce & Gabbana’s LA Launch. Named “Philanthropist of the Year” by the Society of Young Philanthropists.

LaTanya Spann
Ms. Spann serves as Property Manager with Gilmore Associates working with residential and commercial properties in the Old Bank District of Downtown Los Angeles. Ms. Spann previously worked in brand strategy management for McCann Erickson, and brings experience in producing events in Los Angeles, Canada, the Dominican Republic and at the Cannes Film Festival. As a property manager, Ms. Spann is involved in creating and maintaining vibrant urban communities, and she regularly works closely with all key constituents involved in Downtown Los Angeles.

Marc Loge
Marc is the Director of Public Relations at the Wilshire Grand Hotel. Prior to joining the Wilshire Grand, Marc had several years of experience working in television and feature film production as well as computer technologies. Marc graduated from Indiana University, and has been very involved in numerous non-profits in downtown Los Angeles.

Patti Berman
Patti currently serves as President of the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council (DLANC), and is a resident and long-time supporter of historic downtown Los Angeles in various capacities. Ms. Berman also serves as Secretary of the Park Advisor Board for Pershing Square. She has a BA in Theoretical Mathematics from UCLA, previously toured American nightclubs as a saloon singer and is a licensed scuba instructor. Additionally Patti is an accomplished computer programmer, teaches scuba diving, and performs and directs a cabaret stage show.

Peklar Pilavjian
Mr.Pilavjian owns the St. Vincent Jewelry Center located at 7th and Hill Streets in downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Pilavjian has been actively involved in downtown community affairs for many years, having helped to form the Downtown Center Improvement District (DCBID) in 1997 and served as a member since its formation and as its immediate past Chair.
