PRICING & RESERVATIONS
  • The total cost of the tour is calculated based on final headcount.
  • A minimum of 20 people is required to book a private tour, and pricing is $35.00 per person. A discounted price of $25 pp applies to any additional participants after the first 20.
  • Once a date has been agreed upon, a check deposit of $700 is required to reserve the private tour, which covers the minimum required of 20 attendees. The balance due for any attendees over the 20-person minimum is payable by check or cash on the day of the tour.
  • In the eventuality that fewer than 20 people attend, the $700 minimum private tour fee still applies
CANCELLATION
  • Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the scheduled tour date for a full refund. 
  • In the case of no-shows, or cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date, the $700 deposit shall be forfeit.

The Downtown Los Angeles Art Walk is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization supporting the arts and culture in Downtown Los Angeles. Funds raised through private tours cover our costs for a guide, any applicable stipends for participating artists or speakers, and provide support for our operations.
