Most of our tour experiences can be catered for private groups. Private group tours are arranged for a minimum of 20 participants, with a maximum 40 participants per tour. We kindly ask that you book your tour at least 3 weeks in advance of your planned date.
- Pricing is $20.00 per person (minimum of 20), with a 10% discount for any additional participant after the first 20.
- The total cost of the tour is calculated based on final headcount, and the difference for any attendees over 20 is payable by check or cash on the day of the tour.
- A deposit of $400 is required to reserve the private tour, once a date has been agreed upon.
- In the eventuality that less than 20 people attend, the $400 minimum still applies.
- Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the scheduled tour date for a full refund. In the case of no-shows, or cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date, the $400 deposit shall be forfeit.
The Downtown Los Angeles Art Walk is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization supporting the arts and culture in Downtown Los Angeles. Funds raised through private tours cover our costs for a guide, any applicable stipends for participating artists or speakers, and provide support for our operations.
